OnCrete Constructions & Contracting is seeking a Planning Engineer (Technical Office) to join its team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, while coordinating with design and site teams to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Track project progress and compare actual performance with planned schedules.
Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance.
Prepare recovery and acceleration plans when required.
Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil is preferred).
Minimum of 3–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review tender documents, including BOQs, specifications, and drawings.

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for construction projects.

- Analyze tender requirements and ensure full compliance with client and consultant standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate offers.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions for tenders.
- Assist in bid evaluation, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.
- Support the Technical Office in value engineering and cost optimization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred).

- 3–7 years of experience as a Tendering Engineer in construction companies.
